For Promenaadi maja apartments, there are two well-thought-out interior finishing packages – Morning and Evening – to choose from. If desired, you are welcome to enlist interior architects Helen Kolks and Kristiine Lõuk to help you with designing your new home.

All apartments feature oak parquet with white, 90 mm baseboards. Walls are finished with white semi-gloss paint. Hallway floors are covered with 60 x 60 cm tiles. Bathroom floors are completely covered and walls are partly covered with 60 x 60 cm ceramic tiles the colour of which depends on the interior finishing package chosen.

Morning

For those who value neat, simple solutions.

An abundance of light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows and light-toned interior finishing. Floors feature light-toned oak parquet. Bathrooms have beige tiling.

Evening

For people who value comfort of their own home especially after a busy day.

The floors are natural oak, tiles in the hallway and bathroom are in the various shades of grey.

Bathroom solutions and sauna room finishing

Bathroom suite selection is the same for both packages. In the sauna room, there is a Drop heater by HUUM which can be controlled with a console accessible via the Uku mobile app.

Bathroom suite is from the Villeroy & Boch Subway 2.0 collection and faucets are from the Grohe Eurocube collection. Apartments with bathtubs feature a Senzo or a Interga stone bathtub by Balteco.
