Words from the architect

The competition involves four apartment buildings with different looks in an area with the greatest development potential in Tallinn.

Commercial spaces located at street level will create an urban atmosphere along the Admiraliteedi Quarter promenade.
This project marks the rebirth of an area that has been the business card of the city for years, the fact that Tallinn has reached the sea and the beginnings of a new, densely populated urban area.
The designs of the buildings will meet all requirements stipulated by the city and represent a modern quality of life close to the Old Town.

The buildings will distinguish themselves from one another through their functional and emotional properties, and each of them will have a clear identity as a community, family and city building.
